How do I return an item?

Return & Exchange Policy: 


Original sales receipt must accompany returns.


  • NO RESTOCKING FEE if returned within 15 days after delivery; 15% RESTOCKING FEE if returned after 15 days after delivery.
  • NO RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES after 30 days.
  • NO REFUNDS on shipping fees.NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on prescription lenses.
  • We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for RETURN SHIPPING FEES.
  • Limit ONE exchange per order.
  • All items must be shipped back in new condition with original packaging and invoice.
  • Accidental damage or misuse of item will NOT be accepted and will be returned to buyer.
  • Buyer is responsible for contacting seller with tracking confirmation of return item.
  • Once we receive the item, please allow 5-10 business days for refunds or exchanges to process.


If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.


Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.


Warranty Policy

  • NO WARRANTY on prescription lenses.
  • NO WARRANTY on scratched lenses, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse of item.
  • NO WARRANTY on items that have been discontinued or no longer available.
  • 1-YR. MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY (Any defects from the manufacturer). *Please contact us for warranty service*
  • All warranty items must include original invoice.
